Lenny Rush

The Comic Who Never Feels Good

Lenny Rush is a comic's comic - when he's in town, other comics run over to watch him work. He is a hilarious, pale, skinny, sickly looking comedian with a high-pitched voice that sounds like it's on its last gasp. He has a barrel full of problems, stemming from hypochondria, to ugly women, to his dog, "who thought I was a bone and tried to bury me twice last week."

He is more than a comic. He's an entertainer - he has appeared on Broadway - and he has also appeared on many commercials as a comedy actor, playing everything from an escaped convict to a hamburger chef. He recently completed six weeks headlining the Showboat Hotel in Atlantic City. When asked by a newspaper interviewer recently what his main goal in life was, Lenny answered with a blank stare, "to gain weight without it going to my nose." Reserve early for Lenny Rush.
